It must benefit the wildlife and the environment.
It has a first hand experience with the natural environment.
It has an expectation of gratification that is measured in terms of education and/or appreciation rather than in thrill seeking or physical achievement.
It has a high cognitive and effective experiential dimension.
It is more a philosophy as to how to do business than a type of business!
It is values, ethics and the desire to have sustainable tourism.
